Bigg's Fletching Guide

You can buy all logs needed for Fletching from Shanomi at ::shop.

Whilst darts are definitely the fastest method for 99, they are not convenient because someone has to make the dart tips. This means you have to, or someone else that you can purchase from has to and this isn't common. It would be expensive to buy dart tips or massively slow down your smithing progress so I've decided not to recommend doing it.
