Report
Reporting a Player
If you believe a player is breaking the rules, type ::staff in-game to contact an available member of staff who can review your report.
If no staff members are currently online, you can reach out via the Impact Discord. Click here to join the Discord, where you can contact staff directly. You can also refer to the Staff Page and search for a staff member’s name within Discord to message them.
When reporting another player, please make sure you have some form of evidence (such as screenshots or videos) that clearly shows the rule being broken or about to be broken. Without evidence, staff may not be able to assist you further.
Note: Please ensure the rule has genuinely been broken before submitting a report.
Reporting a Bug
Minor Bugs
If you encounter a minor bug (one that has little to no impact on gameplay), please report it in the #bug-report channel on the Impact Discord.
When submitting your report, include as much detail as possible:
- A description of the bug
- The consequence of the bug
- Whether it occurs repeatedly or was a one-time issue
- Screenshots (use
Ctrl + Sor::ssin-game) - Videos if possible
Click here to be taken to the Impact Discord where you can submit your report.
Major Bugs
If you encounter a major bug (something that prevents progress, breaks normally accessible content, or gives unfair advantages), please contact staff immediately.
In-game, type ::staff to see who is available. If no one is online, contact staff via the Impact Discord. Click here to join, or refer to the Staff Page to find staff members you can message directly.
You may also submit a bug report through the ticket system in the Support Discord. Click here to open the Discord and create a General Support ticket. Provide as much information as possible, similar to the minor bug report format above.
Bugs Resulting in Item Loss
If you’ve lost items due to a bug, please submit a report through the Support Discord ticket system. Click here to open a General Support ticket and include full details, following the same format outlined for minor bugs.
