Araxxor Boss Guide
📍 How to Get There
- You need level 92 Slayer to fight Araxxor.
- Use the teleport tree at
::homeand run northwest for about 15 seconds to reach the Araxxor lair.
🛡️ Gear Recommendations
As you require 92 slayer for this boss - you should have a reasonably good set up - for this reason there is no 'budget' set up per se but there is a set up without a scythe.
If you are using a scythe, use it on crush (jab)
⚔️ The Fight
Araxxor uses both melee and magic:
- Melee when you are in close range.
- Magic when you are out of melee range.
Araxxor is weak to crush attacks.
🕷️ Spider Sacks
When you enter the lair, check the **color of the southeast spider sack**. This determines which special attack Araxxor will use throughout the fight.
The spiders spawn clockwise throughout the battle (southeast → south → southwest).
⚪ White Spider (Acid Spray)
- Araxxor sprays acid in your direction – avoid standing in acid to prevent damage.
- When the white spider emerges, you must kill it before attacking Araxxor again.
- Use a ballista with dragon javelins to kill the spider.
🟢 Green Spider (Acid Blob)
- Araxxor shoots an acid blob after pausing and losing focus on you (detectable if you move after each hit).
- The green spider attacks with ranged – use a ballista to kill it.
🔴 Red Spider (Acid Trail)
- Araxxor shoots an acid ball at you and leaves an acid trail behind.
- Keep walking continuously to avoid damage (usually 6 acid blobs).
- Lure the red spider under Araxxor – when it explodes, it can deal up to 80 damage to Araxxor.
😡 Enraged Phase (25% HP)
When Araxxor reaches 25% health, he enters his **Enrage Phase**:
- Araxxor shouts “Skree” and fires three acid blobs in a line.
- To avoid damage:
- Hit Araxxor → walk two tiles away → avoid acid → hit again → repeat.
