Corporeal Beast Guide

The Corporeal Beast is a high-level boss in Impact RSPS. It is relatively straightforward to kill but can be punishing due to its high-damage attacks. This guide covers how to get there, recommended setups, and fight mechanics.

Getting There

To reach the Corporeal Beast: Use the tree at ::home to teleport to Corporeal Beast. You will be placed near the boss lair entrance. Run east to the cave entrance.

It is highly recommended to fight Corp in a small group of friends (2 or max 3) for faster kills.

Weapon: Zamorakian Spear (purchase at ::shop) → Osmumten's Fang

You will want to bring:

- Defence lowering spec weapon and crystal halberd - Restore potions - Super combat - Combo food (angler/karambwan) - Veng

The Fight

Initial Setup

• Run into the arena and spec Corporeal Beast with your SWH, DWH, or BGS (SWH is the most effective).
• Activate Protect from Magic prayer.
• Spread out from other players to avoid overlapping the Core mechanic.

Strategy

• Throughout the fight, keep Protect from Melee on and activate Protect from Magic when the boss uses a magic attack. Melee attack damage can be avoided entirely by praying correctly, but the boss still hits hard through magic prayer.
• Attack Corp with your zamorakian spear or fang while eating as needed.

Special Attack: The Dark Core

• A dark core will spawn during the fight and hop towards players. If you are within 3x3 tiles, you will take damage.

There are two ways to deal with the Core:

1. Ignore it – Every time the core jumps towards you, run two tiles away, then continue attacking Corp.
2. Kill it – Designate players to focus the core until it is dead, then resume attacking Corp.
